Where do the rates come from?

From each institution's own published rates, collected daily, and from rate sheets institutions send us. Each rate shows the institution, its conditions and when we last checked it.

A rate looks wrong.

Tell us which institution and product. We check it against the source and correct it. Always confirm the final rate with the institution before you apply.

Do I need an account?

No. You can search without signing up. An email address is only needed if you want alerts sent to you.

How do I delete my data?

Use “Delete my data” in the app, or email privacy@pocketapp.rocks from the address you used. See the Privacy Policy.
